Timesheet: We created an excel document that allows employees to input their billable hours and ticket numbers. All hours are totaled and compared to the hours worked, and a productivity percentage is calculated. The Excel program then defines the hourly wage considering the technician class, total hours worked with incentives and overtime wages. All they have to do is input the total hours worked for each day and the rest is done for them!

Weekly Cash Flow: We created an excel document that allows for input of every weekly expense, income and estimations. The chart will then calculate a percentage of accuracy between the estimation and the actual cost/income. These amounts carry week to week and can be tallied at the end of the year.
